Made in an edition of 100 of which 50 copies were taken to Russia to be sold at a St. Petersburg performance in October, 8th 2008 in A2 club. This edition is signed in gold ink.
A special edition of 10 copies were sold on ebay. These were signed and numbered in gold ink, directly on the white, non-playable side of disc.
