Apart of the matrix and the catalogue number on sticker, no information whatsoever (no artist and no tracklisting listed) appears on the release.
Track 5 was originally intended to be the 'The Anal Staircase (Relentless Mix)' but due to an oversight was instead issued with the album mix, albeit in a remastered version with a slightly longer fadeout.

Just FYI, the fifth track was supposed to be "The Anal Staircase (Relentless Mix)" but it's something else. I assumed it was the album version but there's a lot of hiss (cassette-sourced?) and the length seems to be just a hair longer than the album version. I think this might be a near-final mix included on a demo cassette of one sort or another. I suspect the track wasn't meant to be included but was included by accident. I'll write back if I can ever confirm what's going on.

In any event, if you want TAS Relentless, you'll have to grab the Total comp or *ahem* look elsewhere until a corrected repress occurs, if it occurs.
