The vinyl edition comes in an outer slip-box opening up to reveal four 12” LPs and a 50 page bound book featuring specially commissioned artwork by Massive Attack’s 3D. Records 1 and 3 are cut at 45rpm, while records 2 and 4 are cut at 33 1/3rpm.
Tracklistings on the inside of the box are misprinted for record 1, with side A showing tracks 2 and 3, and side B showing track 1.
The untitled track contains a sample of "Mr. Man" by Air (10).
"Hold My Hand" contains a sample of "Be My Wife" by David Bowie.
"Restless" contains a sample of "Good Time Coming" by Mustard (3).
"Price You Pay" contains a sample of "Eruption" by Michael Garrison.
"Twilight" contains a sample of "First Sleep" by Cliff Martinez from the film soundtrack of "Solaris".

- Edited one year agoIn my collection of 2500+ records, this is one of maybe 10 records I go to whenever I want to show someone how good vinyl records can sound.
Doesn't even matter if I choose a 45 or a 33 of these four vinyls.
10/10 in my book - on my setup/system. Leaves me jaw-dropped every time. 
Edited 2 years agoInitially I really wanted the vinyl box set because I'm a sucker for the presentation and design of these kind of box sets. However, when I discovered that the extra 2 records didn't have the instrumental tracks like the 2XCD and it just contained the album tracks but they are spread over the 4 record set, I opted for the double vinyl album. While it also costs a pretty penny, you don't have to turn the record over after every 1 or 2 tracks.
Is the box new??? I mean does it come closed?
