I remember a unforgettable 'velvet season' holidays in Salerno and Pestum end of September 17 years ago, bought a small collection of Battiato records on a small Sunday street market including this masterpiece for a price less than bottle of Fiano di Avellino.

Massively inflating the prices of this because of the man's death is beyond disgusting. Hopefully international and italian buyers won't buy into such awful practices.

Avant-garde masterpiece from Franco Battiato , one of the best italian LP, CD...... , every song was a hit in Italy , a must have for collectioners and mélomane !

Ah, what wonderfull images Franco conjours up with this LP. From his Summer on a Solitary beach to Il Sentimiento Nuevo, this LP is full of life. Perfect for cruising in the car on a Summer's day.If you haven't listened to Franco before,I'd recommend giving this one an ear.
