Why does this reissue go for more than 5x the original 1999 version?

I have collected 3 copies of this album that I thought were original/early pressings. Two of them match the photos on this listing and include the insert. These two have a more grey color on the photo strip with Jack and Meg on the front cover. These two pressings do NOT have S-48018 (side A) and S-48019 (side B) in the deadwax. The third copy has no insert, black instead of grey on the photo strip, and does have S-48018 and S-48019 in the deadwax. It appears there are a couple of different versions of this album on SFTRI from around 1999/2000. Both versions have the same track listing/red label/etc as far as I can tell. Anyone else discover this?
