A hilarious novelty A-side that's still musically good, and a nice ballad on the B-side.
Banging and rolling piano bass notes. Beans in a can. A distaff chorus screaming “Spit It Out!!!” Is this really doo-wop just because of the cheesy 1-2-3 bridge? Still shocked to see that this is not a more high dollar 45..- Well done rocker with very funny lyrics...it's a keeper with more substance than your average novelty tune.
