Notes

The cover is a single piece of salvaged cardboard with a photo taped to the center with black masking tape and the words "burned out bright..." handwritten under the photo in black ink. Several different photos are used; not every version of this release is the same.

The vinyl has blank black labels and the B-side is screen-printed with drawings of children playing. Some copies were pressed on lilac (purplish-grey) marbled vinyl, others on light pink marbled vinyl.

Includes eight inserts: A single-sided, 8.5"x11" piece of colored craft paper screen-printed with the label name and drawings of children similar to what's on the B-side, two photo-copied label inserts (one has a letter to the band, the other advertises future releases and is backed with a photo), and five photo-copied band inserts (a letter of gratitude from a friend of the band backed with a photo, an insert with credits and contact info, and three band photos).
