Packaging: Black tray jewel case with a 16-page booklet.

Though not indicated anywhere in the package, this was distributed by Dutch East India Trading, who concurrently had vinyl and cassette rights for the title as Homestead Records HMS016 / HMS016C. CD parts (booklet/traycard/disc label) were provided by Blast First and put into production without modification.
