- 'Blitz' is one of my fav tracks from the 1992 period; it's one of those lost gems that people would have heard but rarely knew the name of....back in '92 when I was 15/16 I would hear stuff like this on tapes only and it would blow my tiny mind.....even though it's largely comprised of samples off other people's music back then I was clueless and just thought how amazingly crisp and unique the sound was, it was so refreshing and engaging, I didn't want to hear anything else - I CRAVED for more of this sort of stuff.........and all the years later I'm still pretty much the same. Amazing memories and feeling attached to this classic slice of 'ardcore....exceptional :)
- Edited 5 years agoI have been looking for this for the best part of my life ... was resorting to stalking Carl Cox at gigs, as he has been the only person I've ever heard play it! I'm not ashamed to admit I almost cried when I heard it just now - relieved is not the word, Carl Cox is much bigger than me and I think he would crush me!
Btw Blitz is the only track worth looking at here ... proper E-tune!!
