Notes
The digital publication of a triptych of classical (and adolescent) piano pieces: Suite (1981), Bagatelle (1986) and 12 Epigrams (1981). 12 Epigrammi is a piano composition that relates to some of the many youthful ideas (it was composed at the age of 14), together with the already published Suites (1981) and Bagatelle (1984). The principle was to imagine classical piano music from the 2000s: relatively simple and with an almost tonal structure, it is a sequence of 12 fragments, such as reading epigrams from different eras set in a wall; therefore not single tracks, but a single track to be performed without interruptions. It was imagined that some dissonances or certain harmonic listening of contemporary music would have been better assimilated by the public if not excessively long, imagining (as in part it is happening) that the ability to concentrate would decrease with the increase in the rhythms of existence. The rules of the pre-classic «canoni» are then applied.
