Vexa is the second of a two-part work called Hex Vexa. Clocking in just under an hour, Vexa sees Worm Monolith evolve the sound originated on the Virus trilogy, this time working with a stripped down, minimal rig, and coaxing a wide variety of sounds from only a few select pieces of hardware.
Within the confines of this single track, Worm Monolith crosses genres to create a work that is equal parts noise, death industrial, and ambient. Various samples have been used to heighten the mood and add to the chaos.
