A5 is "Skater's Waltz" on sleeve, and "Skaters' Wwaltz" on labels.

Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (FE/87) - the mono version has "FE-87" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SFE-87" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve.

Issued as a free 'ambassador' LP for members, in return for introducing a new member to the club. Offered again several times between July 1965 and June 1966 - look for variations in the address (the 330 number for Flinders Lanes changed several times in the period).
