Tsybil

Tsybil is a four-piece band from Wilmington, Ohio. While the band definitely falls into the heavy genre, the style Tsybil exudes is best described as a melting pot of four individuals with four unique musical backgrounds. From the soft sounds of love to the darkness of love lost, from the precision of melody to the chaos of anarchy, the band lays down something shocking and poetic at the same time. Tsybil tackles all realms of subject matter. From broken hearts to broken nations, the band fearlessly pushes the envelope again and again.

On stage, as well as on record, Tsybil attacks the listener with the art of surprise. You never really know what to expect, except that you will walk away from the experience moved in some way, whether that be mentally, or emotionally.

Four musicians who sought out something deeper, something genuine, and something they could spend a lifetime with started Tsybil in January of 2001. From that point forward none of the members have looked at life the same. The chemistry, musicianship, and drive amongst the members of Tsybil, make the band truly magical.
