HRNR

HRNR is the artistic project of Mattia Onori, born in Foligno, Italy, and based in Berlin, where he is working as a sound designer for motion pictures. He expresses himself as electronic music composer and DJ, with an approach to production strictly connected with modular synthesis and improvisation, as in his live performances.
Since 2011 he has been experimenting and researching in the fields of ambient and techno electronic music as creative industry´s expressions and reflections of today’s society. As his vinyl only DJ-sets also reflect, his sound features both, aggressive characteristics and softer natural smoothness, at the edge between natural, organic sound and noisy, industrial music.
