Annette Roeder
Profile: | Annette Roeder (* 1968) has studied architecture and illustrated books, raised three children and written numerous children's books. She lives and writes with her family and dog in an old house in the countryside, not far from Munich. Her first children's novel "Ferien im Schrank" was awarded the Kalbacher Klapperschlange in 2011. Since then, many more novels for children and teens have been published, as well as series such as the popular "die Krumpflinge" series (cbj) and "Weck niemals einen Drachen (Edel Kids). At Prestel she publishes non-fiction books on art and architecture, most recently the volume illustrated by P.Baron: "Architektur - 25 moderne Bauwerke aus aller Welt". |
