Canadian rock band founded in 1964 as Dee & The Yeomen active until 1969, changing their name several times, first in 1967 to Rock Show Of The Yeomen, then The Yeomen (3), and finally in 1969 to Dee And The Quotum.

Lineup was Graham Dunnett a.k.a. Dee (vocals, guitar), Len Lytwyn (drums), Don Paveling (bass), Ian Mutch (organ), and John Lovett (lead vocals). In 1970 members Dunnett, Lytwyn and Mutch went on to form Daybreak (15)
